How to Obtain Warranty Service

Electrical Emergency Call 704 821-5200 This is for customers with homes wired by Simpson Electric that are currently under warranty. For warranty information please refer to your builders documents. If you have an electrical emergency that needs immediate assistance please leave your name, phone number, address, subdivision name, and a description of the electrical issue. We will return you call as soon as possible. Please note that not all electrical problems qualify for emergencies and will then be scheduled as a service appointment for the next available opening during business hours.
